By accessing or using Regencly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
Regencly is a platform that connects landlords with affiliate marketers to generate quality rental leads. The Platform facilitates lead generation, coordination, and communication between landlords, affiliates, and prospective renters.
You must create an account to use most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Landlords: You are responsible for the accuracy of property listings and compliance with all applicable housing laws and regulations.
Affiliates: You handle marketing and coordination only. You may not negotiate rental terms, handle money on behalf of landlords or renters, or act as a licensed broker unless separately licensed.
Certain features of the Platform require payment. All fees are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method.
You may not use the Platform to violate any laws or regulations, post false or misleading property listings, engage in discriminatory housing practices, harass other users, attempt to circumvent the Platform's attribution or payment systems, or use automated systems to access the Platform without our permission.
The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Regencly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regencly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
